The Mill is situated in a beautiful spot near Laundress Green in Cambridge. Next to Mill Pond where you can hire a punt, it can get quite crowded. Summer of 2020 the crowds disappeared and this area was one of my destinations to draw on site with a couple of other Urban Sketchers. As it was closed I was unable to sample its range of real ales unfortunately!

I have a sketching bag for drawing on location which includes paints, brushes, water, paper towels and a fold up fishing stool.

The sketch has an off white mount and grey frame.
